CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all transactions executed on the Varadhi Tech Mobility Pvt Ltd (“Varadhi”, “us”, “we”) mobile application and website (“Platform”). By transacting on our Platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. DIGITAL ASSETS & WALLET TOP-UPS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Varadhi operates on a closed-loop, time-based digital economy. All payments facilitated through the Platform into your internal wallet—including V-Minute top-ups, V-Club subscription payments, and bonus coin allocations—are final and strictly non-refundable.
V-Minutes: These are internal utility coins and cannot be refunded to your fiat bank account or credit card once purchased.
Fiat Withdrawals: Withdrawals are only permitted for accumulated V-Minutes earned by "Pros" (Providers) during the authorized Weekend Settlement Window, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

2. COMMUTE CANCELLATIONS & FRICTION PENALTIES
As a peer-to-peer (P2P) network, cancellations disrupt the corporate ecosystem. Therefore, commute cancellations are subject to algorithmic friction penalties deducted directly from your V-Minute wallet:
Advance Member Cancellation: Canceling more than 1 hour before the scheduled ride incurs a 50% fare penalty.
Late Member Cancellation: Canceling less than 1 hour before the scheduled ride incurs a 100% fare penalty.
Pro Cancellation: Canceling at any time after accepting a match incurs a 25% fare penalty.
Zero Refund on Penalties: Cancellation penalties act as a strict operational fee (The Corporate Sweep) and are never credited, refunded, or transferred to the other User's wallet.

3. FAILED TRANSACTIONS & DOUBLE CHARGES
While standard transactions are non-refundable, we process refunds strictly in the event of technical failures involving our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay):
Failed Transactions: If your bank account, UPI, or credit card is charged, but the V-Minutes or Subscription is not successfully credited to your Varadhi wallet due to a technical error, the full amount will be refunded.
Duplicate Processing: If a technical glitch results in a double-charge for a single transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES & METHOD
If a refund is approved under the technical failure criteria (Section 3):
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method (same credit card, UPI ID, or bank account) used at the time of the transaction. We cannot issue refunds to alternate accounts.
Processing Time: Once initiated by Varadhi, the refund will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Gateway Fees: Payment gateway processing fees and taxes (GST) retained by the gateway may be non-refundable depending on the gateway's policies.

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
If you experience a billing issue, we strictly request that you contact our support team first to resolve it amicably. Raising an unfounded chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer is considered a breach of our Corporate Firewall and will result in immediate suspension of your Varadhi account, forfeiture of all V-Minutes, and the syndication of your dispute to the VIBI network.
